Macrogen Europe has today announced the opening of the Milan Genome Center. The center serves as Macrogen Europe’s Italy branch office – and houses a new laboratory for Sanger sequencing, expected to operate soon. Located in the thriving life science hub of northern Italy, the Milan Genome Center will offer fast, reliable Sanger sequencing services to clients across the region.
The new DNA sequencing laboratory will focus on Sanger sequencing, oligo synthesis, microsatellite analysis and identification services such as 16S rRNA analysis. Next generation sequencing (NGS) services will continue to be performed at Macrogen Europe’s headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
