- Sample QC: qualitative and quantitative control check (incl. DIN). If your samples do not meet our criteria after SQC, you are entitled to send us replacements once, and we will proceed with the SQC on the new samples.
- Library preparation: we use only original, licensed products to ensure transparency in methodology and results repeatability.
- Library QC: assessment of the quality and quantity of the libraries using qPCR and TapeStation .
- Sequencing: performed on the original Illumina platforms.
- Run report: providing sequencing stats, Q-Scores, and metrics.
- Data delivery: demultiplexed data provided in FastQ format.
- Project management support: a Project Manager will be assigned to support you throughout the project and keep you informed with regular updates regarding your samples.
